Morning : Take 30ml Aloe Vera juice and 10ml Himalayan Berry juice and 2 drops of Shri Tulsi mix well in 300-500ml water. Also take 1-1 tablet each of Wheat Gold and Aloe Spirulina.

Breakfast : In 200ml skimmed milk add 2 tablespoon of Protiwon Powder mix & drink. In case you feel hungry 2 hours after breakfast you can take 1 glass of IMC Amla or Carrot Juice.

Lunch : Half an hour before lunch take Fat Away Tablet with water. After lunch, take IMC Herbal Soup or Bottle Gourd Soup. Before having meal, eat 4-5 tomatoes and 2-3 cucumbers chew it properly.
